Leo Simon has been practicing real estate since 1997, first with Century 21 and then with Realty Executives. He founded Nations Investments Corporation in 2004. He has worked with many professionals to finance various residential and commercial real estate projects and is very knowledgeable with residential and commercial phases of real estate financing.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Leo worked in the corporate setting and published lifestyle magazines (Arizona Style). Leo is a believer that the world is a beautiful and challenging place. Helping investors to add value to their real estate portfolio is a cherished purpose.

Leo has strong ties with all Phoenicians and works with various non-profit and for-profit organizations for Phoenix youth. He helped facilitate 2014 and 2015 summer school programs with Mount Zion Covenant Ministries in the Phoenix area with no taxpayer funds, and can proudly state, “Do not wait for a government for everything.
